I just want to take this opportunity to advise you of our complete satisfaction in relation to our purchase . The journey from the first consultation right through to the installation of our two stoves was first class. Both stoves are ideal and enhance both rooms really well. Eoins selection was spot on. The two lads that installed the liner and fitted the fires were excellent especially faced with a really difficult chimney problem.

From the outset I said to Eoins better half The Skipton Skipper. that I am at least long term incapacitated. Without hesitation, SS gave Eoin the house number and postcode, and there he was at the door in Braidwood

You get times when you are not at your best! But this likeable but professional Big Chap, took a good amount of time to explain why what products were best for us

We went for the Castlemonte 7k and my world What a great choice (not hers, mine)

Attic checked, roof tiles and legality for spacing checked! A date was agreed after the price of course (by her, not me )

3 weeks later 2 great young guys arrived raring to go. They explained what they had to do, so I left them to it.  3 hours later I returned with Haggis and Bobby  and we’re very happy cos the job was apparently only going to last another half hour. Very tiring

All the items of choice at Stove Experience are splendidly vast and all have character But you will get the perfect one for your property They are all fit for someone’s purpose

Value for £, well certainly. Our lives are transformed No huge heating bills and we are roasty toasty. And it’s only June

 I picked up a surprise parcel from the Post Office yesterday. Thank you very much for giving me a stovepipe thermometer and for the glass cleaner.I am really most grateful to you for completing the ‘after sales service’ with such care and consideration. These items together with your most helpful notes on your visit and a moisture meter just ordered complete all preparations to enable us to ‘fire ahead’.

I just wanted to say how much we love our stove. It has made a huge difference to the comfort in the house and we can put the central heating off most of the time. It looks great and your boys were very good at installation and very tidy.
